Following up on the press render photo leaks from Telus 2 weeks ago, the second press photo for the LG Nexus 5 has been leaked by @evleaks following Google’s own leak. As expected, it’s identical both to the press renders and the first official image leaked by Google. The Nexus 5 is said to feature the following specifications:
- 4.95? 1080p display
- 16GB/32GB internal storage depending on model
- 2GB RAM
- Snapdragon 800 at 2.3GHz
- 8MP OIS rear camera, 1.3MP front camera
- 2300mAh battery
- Sensors: Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Compass, Proximity/Ambient Light, Pressure
- Micro SIM slot
- Notification light
- Wireless charging
- NFC
Google has yet to announce any official details regarding pricing and availability, while only a few days remain in October to keep inline with past Nexus phone announcements. This may mean that Google is either planning a surprise launch without a formal event, or may even be planning a launch event and release in November.
Update: The second LG Nexus 5 press photo has been leaked, this time in White with an 11/1 date, suggesting that Google will either officially announce details on Friday or even launch the phone then.
