Verizon Wireless has announced the LG Cosmos, a new messaging device that has a horizontally sliding QWERTY keyboard, 1.3 megapixel camera with noise reduction and simple image editing tools along with Bluetooth 2.1 with stereo audio support, GPS support via VZNavigator, and speakerphone.
The Cosmos will be launched tomorrow for $79.99 after new 2 year agreement before an additional $50 mail-in rebate, bringing the total to $29.99.
Update: Additional pricing for the device is set at $189.99 Retail/Month to Month, or $149.99 after a 1 year agreement before an additional $50 mail-in rebate, bringing the total to $99.99.
