Digital video recorder manufacturer TiVo and Verizon have announced the
launch of TiVo Mobile Scheduling, a BREW application that allows users
with Series 2 and 3 TiVo set-top boxes the ability to schedule
recordings right from the phone. The application also allows access to
channel lineups, premium content, and recommendations by TiVo.
TiVo Mobile Scheduling is now available from the Get It Now menu on
select Verizon handsets such as the Samsung a950, LG Chocolate, and the
LG VX8300 at a cost of $1.99 per month.
