The FCC has approved the unannounced Samsung SGH-T569 touchscreen featurephone for T-Mobile.  Not much is known about the phone outside of its support for Bluetooth, Java and 3G data access, with the draft user manual offering little information as well.  Neither Samsung nor T-Mobile have officially confirmed the phone at this time.
