The latest update for the HTC Incredible, which we previously reported on is now rolling out to owners alongside the HTC Droid Eris update.  The update enables 720p HD video capture along with support for Verizon’s paid mobile hotspot service (see here for an alternative) and preinstalls the Skype application along with new boot animation.
