Samsung Confirms Omnia II for Verizon

Samsung has opened a dedicated page for the forthcoming successor to the venerable Omnia Windows Mobile smart device in the Omnia II.

The Omnia II for Verizon Wireless is expected to feature an AMOLED display, TouchWiz 2.0, Wi-Fi and Windows Mobile 6.1 with an upgrade to 6.5 when available. No pricing or availability information is known at this time.

    Lets see how true verizon will be with their 6.5 update. Just look how long it took them to unlock gps and update to 6.1. lets hope their smarter this time around.
