Following up on preliminary specifications, the full list of final specifications for the forthcoming HTC Nexus One has surfaced.
The device features Android 2.1, 512MB RAM and 512MB ROM reflecting its Snapdragon base, included 4GB microSDHC card with support for 32GB cards, 5.0 megapixel camera with mechanical autofocus and LED flash, HSPA 900 / 1700 / 2100 (confirming T-Mobile 3G support and no AT&T 3G support), 3.7-inch WVGA resolution AMOLED display, Wi-Fi radio with support for location positioning, GPS support, Bluetooth with stereo audio support as well as a compass and accelerometer.
Further information suggests that the initial release and purchase opportunity for the device will be restricted to invites handed out directly by Google with no further information on how those invites will be handed out at this time.
