Following up on the leaked internal employee information slide from Sprint, Clearwire has announced that it will launch 10 new markets on September 1st with festivities and launch specials at retail stores.
The below markets are also notable for being former Clearwire markets with pre WiMax equipment, owing to their launch ahead of larger markets without a prior Clearwire presence:
Boise, ID; Bellingham, WA.; and eight markets in Texas: Abilene, Amarillo, Corpus Christi, Lubbock, Midland/Odessa, Killeen/Temple, Waco and Wichita Falls.
