T-Mobile will be charging a nominal $1.50 fee for summary paper billing beginning on September 12th, with an opt-out period beginning this month during the latest billing cycle. T-Mobile already charges $1.99 for detailed billing, which would make the fee for receiving a printed, detailed bill an additional $3.49 per month.
