AT&T Confirms Android Gingerbread Updates for Entire 2011 Lineup

AT&T has announced that its entire Android smartphone lineup for the year along with a few older models will be updated to Android Gingerbread during the remainder of the year, with the Atrix 4G being the first to receive the update.

Additional phones confirmed to receive the update include the HTC Inspire 4G, LG Phoenix, Pantech Crossover, Samsung Captivate 4G, and Samsung Infuse 4G. Phones will be updated via PC Wi-Fi update or OTA update depending on model with specific timelines to be confirmed.
