The forthcoming MR2 over the air update for the Verizon HTC Thunderbolt has been leaked, with the additional bonus of multiple rooted builds for various builds.
The actual update will not be pushed out until next week with Verizon still not having updated its support documentation to reflect the changes in the update. What is currently known about the update is that it does add a manual toggle for EVDO and LTE service as well as fixes for GPS, signal strength and the random reboot issue reported by many owners. What has yet to be determined is if the update also fixes the longstanding stability issues with Mobile Hotspot.
Stayed up late to test this update, it works great. Highly recommend it.
