Verizon has placed both the LG Venus and LG Voyager on pre-order status with product pages for each.
The slider form factor Venus features two displays, the main QVGA display is used for the majority of phone functions while the smaller, touch-enabled secondary display functions as the navigation pad that changes depending on the menu selected.
The complete feature set includes a media player with the ability to multitask and use other phone functions while listening to music, VZ Navigator support, Bluetooth with A2DP stereo audio support, speakerphone, 2.0 megapixel camera with video recorder, and microSD slot with support for 8GB SDHC cards.
The LG Voyager is intended as the flagship device in Verizon’s lineup with a full WQVGA touchscreen display and vibration feedback, which is a variant of the user interface found on the PRADA smart device along with a horizontal clamshell that reveals a secondary internal WQVGA display, (both are 2.8″ in size) and QWERTY keyboard.
The complete featureset of the Voyager includes full V CAST support for Music, Video, and Mobile TV, microSD expansion slot, HTML browser, Bluetooth with A2DP stereo audio support, 2.0 megapixel camera with autofocus and video recorder, Mobile Email, and VZ Navigator support.
The Venus is expected to launch on November 19th for $199 after new 2 year agreement, and the Voyager is expected on November 21st for $299 after the same 2 year agreement.
