One response to “Verizon: Kyocera Battery Recall”

  1. Joe Curry

Yesterday, my wife, and I each got a call on our cell phones from our local Verizon store. We were both told our phones were under recall, and we would need to get a new phone (free), but then the details became sketcky…When we asked if we would be required to sign another “CONTRACT”, we were told yes, but the details were again not clear. What a load of crap!! These 2 salesmen should be dismissed for using these type of tactics to make a sale. The phones are not being recalled…Just some of the batteries. This was a deliberate attempt to exploit a situation for personal gain!! I have both of there names…FIRE the bums!!!!!!!!!
