After months of delays and testing, the last of the carrier branded Windows Phone 7 devices as found on the AT&T lineup in the LG Quantum and Samsung Focus will be getting the NoDo update on Tuesday, while the HTC Surround will require additional work for its update to be developed and deployed due to unforeseen hardware customizations by HTC, leading to a delay until next month.
The AT&T series of Windows Phone 7 devices were also notable in that they did not receive the March update slated to prepare Windows Phone 7 devices for NoDo after the Samsung Focus experienced issue after issue with each revision of the update last month.
