Gateway has announced the immediate availability of the NV59C66U notebook with an integrated WiMax modem.  The laptop features are configurable with Intel Core i3, Intel Core i5, AMD Athlon, or AMD Turion processors along with Wi-Fi N radio and optional Blu-Ray drive.  The laptop as configured with WiMax is $699.99 and available now.
