The phone features an industry leading 5 megapixel camera with xenon flash and video recorder, which is a first for a US carrier. The camera technology was developed in association with Kodak and is also evident in the development of the sensor, lens, and built-in imaging software.
The complete featureset consists of quadband GSM/EDGE, QVGA display, ModeShift support for dedicated keys depending on functionality selected, media player, Wi-Fi radio for calls over UMA, web2go support, myFaves, Bluetooth with stereo audio support and speakerphone.
The phone is available today for $199.99 after new 2 year agreement and $150 instant discount before an additional $100 mail-in rebate, bringing the total to $99.99.
The wifi radio does NOT support UMA. It is for network sharing/printing and browsing.
