PCS Intel previously confirmed that the Samsung W531 was headed to Sprint, and now we have details on the device. The device will replace the aging Samsung A790 in Sprint’s lineup, offering a compact phone with international GSM roaming support. The W531 is also expected on Verizon Wireless in a BREW variant.

Also this week, the W531 just shipped abroad on Telecom New Zealand, revealing specifications of the device. The SCH-W531 features Bluetooth, a 1.3 Megapixel camera, and will likely include support for the Sprint Music Store.
