The HTC/UTStarcom PPC-6800 was released last week on Telus, but has never before been shown off for Sprint or Verizon… until today. Photos of the Sprint-branded PPC-6800 have leaked onto the web, and are shown below.
Since the device is released by UTStarcom in the United States, it will carry no HTC branding, instead bearing on the carrier logo and generic Pocket PC brandings. Also noteworthy is that the device still is carrying Windows Mobile 5 (AKU 3.3), though it will be likely upgraded to Windows Mobile 6 free-of-charge if Windows Mobile 5 does indeed ship with the device.
