Sprint Nextel, Motorola Announce ic902 Deluxe

Sprint and Motorola have announced in a press release today the
launch of the Sprint PowerSource Motorola Deluxe ic902. The Motorola
Deluxe ic902 is the first PowerSource phone to feature EV-DO data access
and PowerVision services (Sprint Music Store, Sprint TV, On Demand,
Picture Mail) and Nextel Walkie-Talkie.

The phone features a 2.2″ 262K QVGA main display, dual-mode dual-band
support (CDMA 1900 1xEVDO Rel. 0 for voice/data and iDEN 800 SMR for
walkie-talkie only. ), SMS text messaging support,  2.0
megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom, video recording and flash,
DirectTalk off-network walkie talkie, DirectSend contact/picture
transfer to other compatible phones, One-Touch Walkie-Talkie for
reaching contacts instantly, Speaker and Privacy modes for Walkie
Talkie calls, Bluetooth with A2DP stereo audio support, microSD slot,
dedicated MP3 player, GPS support, miniUSB port, speakerphone, and
Sprint Themes support.

The phone will be one the most expensive non-smartphones released on
Sprint Nextel at a retail price of $489.99, with the 2 year agreement price at $349.99 before $40 mail in rebate, bringing the total cost of the phone to $299.99 after rebate.
