Reports abound that RIM will be releasing a CDMA BlackBerry Pearl on
May 7 with a simultaneous launch on Sprint and Verizon. If this does
pan out, it will be the first consumer-oriented BlackBerry available on
both networks. No other details are available at this time. In related
news, The BlackBerry 8820 (the first BlackBerry with WiFi) has been
speculated for launch on the same day on T-Mobile, with no other
details available.
