Not long after the initial availability of the first Motorola Droid X root last week, a variant of the process has been developed for the recently EOL’d Motorola Devour. While the process is nearly identical to the Droid X method, it is still not recommended for novices unless great care is taken beforehand to read all instructions as it does void the warranty for the device.
