    That’s better than Samsung support who told me when I had a defective S4 Active a while back to call my provider…which was Net10. I bought the phone new off of ebay and had proof of purchase etc. Samsung didn’t want any part of supporting the product. Call your provider…but, they didn’t sell me the phone. Well, that’s all we can do for you… WOW.. so get a 3rd party warranty, even if it’s still under warranty, or you will get burned…OH, and no more Samsung for me! Besides, who needs their new $800-$1000 phones anyways!!
