This one is strictly for those that can handle alpha level firmware, there is now a ROM and workflow available for installing the earliest functioning version of the forthcoming HTC Desire Android build with the latest version of HTC’s Sense user interface and early Flash 10.1 support.
The workflow is extensive and has been updated to avoid the need for command line use for the install with the latest Alpha release.
