HTC has announced the pending launch of yet another variant in the Touch lineup of handsets that utilize the manufacturer’s TouchFLO user interface on top of Windows Mobile 6 Professional Edition.
Known as the Touch Cruise, this version includes an autonomous GPS receiver, Bluetooth 2.0, quadband GSM/EDGE and triband W-CDMA support with HSDPA high speed data access, 2,8″ QVGA display, 3.0 megapixel camera with autofocus, ExtUSB combo port for audio and data, FM radio, microSD expansion slot, Wi-Fi radio, and map data provided by navigation company TomTom.
The phone is expected to launch later this month from select carriers in Europe and direct from HTC, but no specific information is available on pricing at this time.
