Since our last report on Verizon charging for customer service tasks, Verizon PR has responded. Representative Tom Pica says that Verizon will handle matters of My Account not working on a case-by-case basis, and that if My Account services are indeed not working that a customer shouldn’t be charged when the free service is disabled in a needed fashion.
