The first official Android device has been spotted at CES.

Chinese OEM Winstron is demonstrating the GW4 seen above running MontaVista Linux, a smart device resembling an HTC S620 with a 2.5 inch landscape QVGA touchscreen, QWERTY keyboard, TI OMAP 1710 clocked at 216 Mhz with 64 MB of RAM. GPRS packet data support, and Wi-Fi radio with a built-in VOIP application.
According to representatives for the manufacturer, the device will be running Android by March with a release planned further into the second quarter of the year.
One version will be manufactured for North America while another will target Europe and Asia, while yet another version is expected at the end of the year with 3G support.
Pricing information is being determined by manufacturing partners and carriers interested in branding the device.
