PCS Intel is breaking news on a new handset manufacturer to Sprint, Pantech. Pantech made its first waves in the U.S. announcing the new PN-8300 on Helio, however, we can announce they have plans to offer Sprint handsets as well.
Pantech acquired Curitel, one of the former primary manufacturers for Audiovox. However, now that Audiovox Communications is a part of UTStarcom, which manufactures its own designs for traditional phones, Pantech will begin manufacturing models on their own.
