Cingular today released the Cingular 8125 which is their self-branded version of the HTC Wizard. This is the latest device in HTC’s popular MDA series.
The device runs Windows Mobile 5.0, and comes with pocket versions of Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer. Its notable feature is a slide-out QWERTY keyboard that makes text messaging and emails easier to handle. The Quad-Band GSM device can connect to the internet either through EDGE, GPRS, or via its 802.11 compatible wi-fi radio. There is also Bluetooth support, Mini-SD flash memory and a 1.3 megapixel camera/camcorder as well.
Cingular is retailing the device at $349.99 before rebates and contract savings.
