AT&T has officially confirmed the November 8th launch of the Samsung Focus and HTC Surround Windows Phone 7 devices. Both devices will be sold for $199.99, with the LG Quantum being launched the week after for the same price after new agreement.

T-Mobile Confirms HTC HD7 Variant for November
T-Mobile has announced its own variant of the HD7 launching in time for the holiday season by mid-November. The device features a 4.3-inch display, 1GHz Snapdragon processor, Wi-Fi radio, Bluetooth, GPS, 5.0 megapixel autofocus camera with 720p video capture and 16GB of internal storage. Pricing has yet to be confirmed.
