This morning, Cingular launched a complete redesign of their web site. Cingular.com now takes advantage of a larger screen format, and has a more interactive online store. This follows Sprint, which last week also launched a complete renovation of their web site.
Verizon and T-Mobile have also within the past month launched new web site designs. Such changes are all timed to lure new adds in the crucial holiday buying season. Each web site has added interactive ability in both plan selection, phone selection, as well as coverage map tools.
