AT&T has launched the Tilt Windows Mobile 6 smart device, otherwise known as the HTC TyTN II/Kaiser.
The device is notable for being the first HTC device sold with a tilting display for easier typing when placed on a flat surface as well as having built-in GPS support for use with Telenav Maps.
The feature set of the device is complete as it features a large QVGA touchscreen display, quadband GSM and triband W-CDMA support for world roaming and data access with UMTS/HSDPA support, Wi-Fi radio with 802.11b/g support, Bluetooth 2.0 with support for six simultaneous paired devices and stereo audio support, microSD expansion slot with support for 32GB cards, 3.0 megapixel camera with autofocus and zoom, speakerphone, voice dialing, AT&T Music and Cellular Video support, Windows Media Player, Pocket Outlook, and push to talk.
The device is now available online for $399 after a new 2 year agreement before two additional $50 mail in rebates totaling $100, bringing the total cost of the device to $299.
