Alltel today officially released the LG AX8600. The AX8600 is Alltel’s version of the VX8600, available on Verizon. The phone remains unchanged, except for carrying Alltel’s uiOne-driven Celltop interface.
The AX8600 features a 1.3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, microSD slot, GPS Navigation (via Alltel Mobile Guide), as well as support for Alltel Axcess TV and XM Radio Mobile. The AX8600 is available for $99.99 after $50 mail-in rebate, with new two-year agreement.
