Internal employee documentation from Verizon Wireless has confirmed an October 28th launch for the long-awaited BlackBerry Storm 2 9550 after a lees than smooth quasi-debut courtesy of Walt Mossberg.
The BlackBerry Storm 2 is expected to improve upon the original Storm with a new SurePress display that relies on more conventional touch display input, full access to Verizon services including V CAST Music and Video, Wi-Fi radio, and dual-mode CDMA/GSM access for international roaming.
This follows the previous report confirming the preinstalled 16GB microSDHC card and 2GB of internal memory, Bluetooth with stereo audio support, GPS support with internal transceiver and A-GPS suppoort.
