Alcatel One Touch has announced a new smartphone line ahead of this week’s International CES that will allow carriers to purchase the devices with the operating system of their choice without having to worry about hardware customization. The Pixi 3 series will be a series of low-cost smartphones in multiple sizes that will allow for shipping with Android, Windows Phone 8.1 and even Firefox OS. The series will be available in four different screen sizes (3.5, 4.0, 4.5, and 5.0 inches) and will also support 3G and LTE 4G for many regions around the world.
