As with the rest of the BYOSD program, all phones must be previously activated on Sprint postpaid service and must not be active. The phones must also not be reported lost or stolen. With the expansion of the Boost Mobile BYOSD program, the brand is looking to quietly draw in more former Sprint customers back into the fold, including those with more recent smartphones. The Boost Mobile BYOSD program is only available through third-party Boost Mobile dealers and is not available through major retailers.
