Verizon last week issued updates to their Preferred Roaming List (PRL). These updates were made available for customers on the America’s Choice line of plans. While minor, this update improves roaming quality in Alaska (from analog to digital), and makes Alltel the preferred roaming provider in Springfield Missouri. To update your phone, dial *228. Verizon suggests all customers call *228 for a PRL update around once a month for optimal service.
