Verizon has announced its latest HTC smartphone release in the HTC Rhyme, which is targeted towards female customers with pricing set at $199.99 after new 2 year agreement and the launch date set for September 29th.
 The Rhyme features a magnetic inductive charging dock and backplate, headphones with tangle-free cabling, and a charm that can be worn on clothing that will offer notifications when the phone receives an incoming message or call by pulsing.
When in the dock, it activates a new bedside mode that offers a large clock and easy-to-see notifications. while other accessories include a sports armband. The Rhyme also features the latest version of the Sense user interface with the camera app now integrated into the lock screen and features new software and hardware to increase speed and accuracy while also including auto-Facebook uploads that will work in the background.
Hardware specifications for the Rhyme include a 3.7-inch WVGA display, 5.0 megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash; Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS; and 3.5mm headphone jack along with Bluetooth, microSDHC slot, GPS support and Android 2.3.4.
