Verizon has launched the LG VX9400 V CAST phone. As reported here

this is the second phone on Verizon to support V CAST Mobile TV by
MediaFLO. Pricing for the phone is $299 retail and $249 for a two year
agreement with a $50 online discount bringing the total to $199. The
phone is also available in markets where V CAST Mobile TV service is
available.
