US Cellular has officially announced pricing and launch details for its variant of the Samsung Galaxy S in the Samsung Mesmerize. The Mesmerize will be identical to the versions launched on other carriers with a 4.0 inch Super AMOLED display, 1GHz Hummingbird processor, Android 2.1, virtual QWERTY keyboard with additional preloaded Swype keyboard, six-axis motion sensor, Social Hub, 5.0 megapixel camera with 720p video capture, 3.5 mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi radio, Bluetooth with stereo audio support and microSDHC slot.
The phone will be launched on October 27th for $279.99 before an additional mail-in rebate, bringing the total to $199.99.
