According to leaked internal documents, T-Mobile is ready to launch the HTC Snap/Dash 3G on July 15th.
The device is greatly improved over the Excalibur with a QVGA landscape display, Windows Mobile 6.1 Standard, quadband GSM/EDGE, A-GPS, single band HSPA on 1700 MHz, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth radios, Qualcomm 7501a with 256MB of RAM and 128MB of ROM running at 528 MHz, speakerphone, and 2.0 megapixel camera with video recorder.
The Dash 3G will omit HTC’s Inner Circle email software, confirming previous rumors after leaked Windows Mobile 6.1 builds from the Dash 3G with T-Mobile branding lacked the software.
Update: Revised article with correct 3G band information

So how will 3G run on T-Mo’s 1700 MHz network if HSPA is only 850/1900?
You’re confusing bands and technologies. HSPA can run just fine on 1700 MHz, you just need 1700 MHz phones and a 1700 MHz network. The Dash 3G for T-Mobile uses 1700 and 2100 MHz bands, just like T-Mobile USA does for their HSPA network.
Ah, well sure, now that the 3G band support info in the article has been updated since my post :)))))
