A promotional ad taken from T-Mobile’s latest banner ad campaign through all major ad networks earlier this morning reveals that the latest UnCarrier initiative the carrier will announce later today at CES will be covering the ETF costs for families on AT&T, Sprint and Verizon for up to five lines as an incentive to switch to T-Mobile and is also expected to cover up to $350 per line if at least 3 lines are ported over from the aforementioned carriers, according to Droid-Life.
While the offer will come with its own set of limitations and exceptions, such as the requirement to trade-in old devices in working order and buy new phones among other stipulations yet to be announced, the offer is set to mirror the previously announced offer by AT&T last week in order to head off T-Mobile’s CES announcements. More specific information will be revealed at T-Mobile’s CES keynote, set for later today.
