WHAT ABOUT LOYAL CUSTOMERS WHO SIGNED OVER TO PAPERLESS BILLING WHEN TOLD TO OR FORCED TO PAY?

    WILL THEY BE SWITCHED BACK?

1ST, NO 3.5 AND NO BATTERY FOR THE G1 AND NOW THIS.

MAYBE SPRINT IS TAKING OVER CUSTOMER FOCUS FROM T-MOBILE, MORESO WITH THEIR Everything Data Family – with Any Mobile, Anytime, AFTER 7PM NOT 9PM, GPS VOICE TURN-BY-TURN, ETC FOR LESS THEN T-MOBILE….

Thats OK, T-Mobile is going to buy out Sprint anyway, Sprint is otherwise so hopeless.

David, if you want to switch back to paper billing, call T-Mobile Customer Service. It’s that simple.

I am glad we customers were able to throw our weight around to get back our paper statements at no additional cost. And appluase to T-Mobile for listening and responding. We, the customer, have to be vigilant or else we will get charged for breathing air pretty soon!!
