For owners of the T-Mobile BlackBerry Bold 9700, syncing the device to BlackBerry Desktop will push the long awaited BlackBerry 6 update for the device, which features universal search, new WebKit-based browser, improved multimedia support and BlackBerry App World 2.0 along with other improvements and fixes centered on device stability and battery life. There is no word on an OTA or standalone update at this time.
