Sprint today announced what they call an “extreme makeover” that they intend to create for some 100 existing stores, as well as future Sprint Stores. They list new features such as a tech window (to watch technicians as they work on your phone), a “Virtual Queue” which is similar to the waiting list at Apple Store’s Genius Bars, a reservation system, and easier access to accessories.
Sprint plans to convert 100 existing stores to this new format, as well as open 35 to 40 new stores with the new format this year. Five stores have already been converted/opened. Hit Read More to view all the pictures…
