Sprint has quietly begun to send out notifications over the air to owners of the BlackBerry Bold 9650 and BlackBerry Curve 3G that the long-awaited update to BlackBerry 6 is available for download and installation to devices.
The update bumps the software version to 6.0.0.415 and fixes a dropped call issue on both devices as well as adding new features, such as a new WebKit based browser, new BlackBerry App World version and other fixes.
The update will also be available for manual update over the wire via Sprint on the 29th.
