Sprint Releases Small Update for EVO 4G

Sprint has released an update for the HTC EVO 4G that addresses calendar event editing issues as well as sync issues for multiple Gmail accounts.

Internal Sprint documentation has also confirmed that the update is also supposed to address the device framerate issue as well as the GPS reboot issue.

The update can be obtained by navigating to Settings > System Updates > HTC software update

    Thanks, I updated last night and wondered what it was for. I’m having issues with my car panel app as it continues to randomly open and close when hooked to my car charging device. Thanks for the post.

    Can anyone confirm that the GUI is much smoother than before. engadget confirmed this has removed the artificial cap of 30 fps. I want to know if the GUI is running at 60 fps just like every other android phone.
