Sprint has launched the Sierra Wireless AirCard 595U USB Modem. The
device is meant to replace the Novatel Ovation USB modem, by bundling a
docking station and having built-in support for gpsOne for use in
enterprise applications and inventory control by using the updated
Sprint Connection Manager, as well as support for EVDO Rev. A.
The modem supports Windows 2000, XP, and Vista out of the box with Mac
OS X support provided by a separate download on the Sprint website.
Price for the modem is $79.99 with $150 instant discount and $50 dollar
mail in rebate.
