Sprint has announced two new models of the venerable but still highly popular Palm Centro with color variants in tune with the spirit of the upcoming holidays as well as a slight upgrade in performance.

Both models of the Centro in Olive Green and Vibrant Rose respectively, feature a QVGA touchscreen display, microSDHC expansion slot, Bluetooth, 1.3 megapixel camera with video recorder, speakerphone, PocketTunes Deluxe media player, Facebook app, Sprint IM client, and Google Maps for Mobile with My Location support, along with an increase in RAM from 64MB to 128MB.
The new models will be available in select locations on October 19th, with the official launch in all sales channels set for November 2nd at a cost of $79.99 with new two year agreement and rebates.Â
