Update: Yes, the forums list more errors than ever. They are all known issues to be fixed in a later update. Please ignore them until I can implement a workaround or until PHP-Nuke releases their next official release.
Site has been updated to version 6.9 of the PHP-Nuke content delivery system. Also a few unofficial security patches were installed. Process took about three hours.
