Cingular Wireless has launched the Samsung C417. The basic flip phone continues the budget C-class with a slim form-factor.
In addition to the basic flip phone, the C417 adds Bluetooth and a VGA camera, along with a speakerphone and quad-band frequencies. The C417 retails for $49.99 after rebate with new two-year agreement.
